That kind of response time is almost unheard of. They clearly know their product inside and out, and it shows in how quickly and confidently they handled the issue. Beyond that, the plugin itself has been a game changer for how we manage subscriptions. It is powerful, flexible, and integrates seamlessly with our store setup. Everything from pricing rules to frequency settings works just as we need it to. Our customers love how easy it is to subscribe or manage their recurring orders. We are truly impressed with both the app and the team behind it. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a serious subscription system that is backed by real, responsive support. We’ve had a fantastic experience using the Fly: Bundles & Upsell plugin. It’s packed with customization options that let us build everything from mix-and-match kits to “frequently bought together” suggestions and tiered discount bundles—all styled to match our brand. It’s not the kind of tool you set up in two clicks, but that’s part of its strength. The depth of options means you can fine-tune every part of the experience to fit your business, and that’s made a real impact on our sales. The support team is excellent—quick to respond and genuinely helpful whenever we’ve had questions. They’ve also been receptive to feedback and seem committed to improving the app as Shopify evolves. The one current limitation is that bundling doesn’t yet work with subscription products. This is due to how Shopify handles those two systems separately. According to their support documentation, they plan to support this functionality as soon as Shopify makes it possible. Overall, highly recommended for any store looking to use bundling as a real growth strategy.
