Love the ease of using this app. the only downfall is automation, but thankfully Shopify still has its default automation email I can use for abandoned checkouts (one day I'll pay for the feature here!) Overall, its a nice email marketing tool and is quite simple to utilize!

Hey, glad you like Omnisend, thank you for this great feedback. Just don't miss out on our automation feature, you can do more than just abandoned cart. Our package includes welcome email, birthday email, product or even browse abandonment and a lot of complex entry/exit based automation flows to target specific customer groups. More about automation here: https://www.omnisend.com/features/automation/
Great way to integrate your Facebook reviews into your online store. Easy to maneuver - I am still unsure if it Auto updates, but the quickness of pulling new reviews onto the page is still wonderful!
