I've been using Interparcel for around a year now and have been so happy with the reliability and ease of use of the platform. Our account manager, Bailey, is extremely helpful and provides technical support if I've ever needed it. Their online chat provides direct courier support rather than having to contact the couriers ourselves.
The team are so responsive! I've made several requests over the past 6 months for new features or support in achieving a certain result and the team are always so willing to help! So grateful for their app and fantastic customer service.
This app is really user-friendly, support is very responsive and the app features everything I was looking for! I tried out 4 different apps before I found ReferrLy, all costing various amounts, and this one ticks all of the boxes. It's visually customisable, easy to tailor affiliate programs and includes royalties across products, collections etc. Super versatile to match our collaborator agreements. Thanks for thinking of everything!
Oliver has been wonderful! He reached out when he noticed I'd cancelled my subscription (due to my previous trial not showing the specific data I was looking for) to let me know they'd improved on this since. Very grateful for him looking out for us and can't wait to see the new features!

The section I wanted (Hotspots) didn't suit my specific needs, so the team were happy to swap it for another at no cost AND offered me an additional one complimentary to support my new website setup! So very grateful!
Beyond stoked with this app! I spent HOURS trying to make the Section Store hotspots work for my store's needs (multiple bundles with different hotspot locations/names/quantities). Their developer's basically said it can't be done on any of their hotspot sections. Installed this app to test it out and it worked perfectly! I wanted to add it to a different section style (Image with Text) and Pavel from Customer Service gave me the easiest instructions ever and it solved EVERYTHING! It has literally saved me hours of work. Thank you so much!
