We're currently on a couple of weeks without email service from our forms, and it's time consuming to pull the time sensitive info from the app. There is no ETA for a resolution. I've been told they could send me a spreadsheet, but it's been days since and nothing. Bummed, because we used this app for a couple of years without a problem.

We're having a great experience with this app. It's well built, the support staff is responsive, and the functions are very detailed. We're using it for booking workshops at our stores.
