Excellent support from David today.
It works well. However, there is too much back end information displayed on the receipt. It needs to be changed to simply show product, weight and price.
It is very slow to open. Support is unavailable on chat and slow to answer emails.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. I understand how frustrating it is to run into an issue during a busy period and not get a response in time. Your message came in late Friday night during a public holiday in Europe. As a small team, we provide support during regular business hours and are not available during nights, weekends, or holidays. At the same time, there was a Shopify POS update that caused issues for a number of apps. While that was outside of our control, I understand that from your perspective the key issue was not having a working solution when you needed it. We aim to be transparent about our support availability so merchants can decide if it fits their needs. – Daniel
I can see a difference in our page speed. Support is very responsive to answer my questions and assist where needed. Referring me to the appropriate video was also of help.
The live Chat feature is very helpful. They assisted me in overcoming an issue of excluding certain barcodes.
Fairly easy to use. I like being able to monitor what works and what needs to be improved. Re-targeting is a crucial part of online marketing and this app makes it very simple.
