Customer service really is great. Even though certain features aren't available, I mentioned it and they are quick on trying their best to make the features available and possible. Which most apps don't do. I recommend for sure
I have only been using Data Exporter IO for a few weeks now, but wish I had started years ago. What used to take 20 minutes of modifications to the Shopify export to turn it into a useful report now only takes a minute or two. The Customer Service is outstanding too. Helington there was super responsive and always had answers to my questions or modifications to my reports done within a few hours. I fully expected to be on my own building reports, which would have been fine too because Data Exporter IO is very intuitive and easy to use, but Helington reached out not long after I built my first report using the trial version, reviewed my report and what I sell using Shopify, and provided several suggestions and insights that were spot on. The whole experience made it a no-brainer to become a paid subscriber.

so far this tool has been very helpful. What is the big differentiator is that their customer service is excellent. any questions , any issues they are there to help. We've just started using it, but I have a feeling it's going to be very useful.

Useful app with lots of pre-made reports and easy to make your own. Support is incredibly helpful and proactive in helping me create custom reports when I needed - Deepika especially has been amazing. So far, I haven't found anything this app can't do vs all the other (rather expensive) big-name apps which always get pushed. And as we are only an occasional user, it's so great to have access to the same features when needed. Great work!

Shoutout to Guru on the support team! I was trying to pull a complex Shopify order metafield into a custom report and kept running into deep database syntax errors. I have always used Data Export IO and loved it, but after experiencing serious complications and confusion with thousands of orders I have been using the support team for help. There was information I had no idea how to find, and they have not only been super prompt and incredibly friendly, but have always helped me find the solutions I needed. Not to mention, helping build reports for me in real time to help. Hands down the Best App company I have ever dealt with!! I cannot thank the team enough, there is literally nothing they cannot help with when it comes to finding financial and planning solutions for Shopify users.
Very easy to figure out different report types. When unsure, their online agents help almost immediately! I would highly recommend over any other reporting apps which are MUCH more expensive.
My rating here is mostly about the Customer Service / Support / Help for this app. It is amazing !! They seem to be available 24/7, always seem to respond, humanly, within moments and are always quick and helpful with their responses. Many times I've been trying to find a way to add a couple of columns to one of my reports, usually columns that are not readily available as part of that reports normal columns, and they had helped me to add them and then waited patiently for me to check that the results are as I wanted. Always very polite and courteous, even though I might sometimes pester them a few times in a day because I've thought of something else I want to add. The app itself is also great. I do have one or two suggestions as to how it could be improved but all in all it is excellent - and pretty good value for money too.

Nearly everything you could want is available out of the box, but in the cases where I need something super specific, the support team is always ready and willing to help through their chat platform. This app is absolutely perfect. Our shopify shop exists now for about 2 years. In the beginning we were handling a lot of stuff manually. Also checking reports etc. which was very time consuming. With data export I´ve set up a system getting weekly customized reports for my specific needs. It also helped me tremendous by fully automatizing our product export to a marketplace before. This was the reason I spotted this app and I got a perfect fully automatized solution. Thanks the support which is perfect, no waiting and allways 100% helping even by creating reports.

This app is amazing, i can get all my data and automate it- and ITS EASY. If If get stuck, the support team is always available to quickly update my challenging requests. I have several Shopify stores and use them for all. They'll even copy my reports from one store to the other making the set up time faster and faster for each new store. 100% must have app.

I use Data Export IO to pull my weekly payout reports from Shopify. It works great and also gives me an accurate value for my payout transactions and the fees. Makes managing the values in QBO much easier
