Love having all messages in one place! Makes our support much more streamlined. Although, I wish spam was filtered out a bit better, and Messanger messages could be replied to after the current window allows.

The current time window for responding sadly is a restriction set by Meta (Facebook), and it applies across all platforms, not just Tidio. As for spam filtering, we always aim to strike the right balance so no important messages get flagged incorrectly.
