We’ve had a really good experience working with XCotton. Communication has been easy, and the team is always quick to respond whenever we have questions or need help with something. They’re patient, professional, and actually take the time to help solve issues instead of just giving generic answers. Overall, everything has been smooth and we’re very happy with the service.
We had a unique requirement that was not immediately obvious from the standard settings. The YMQ team was very patient and helped us figure out the best way to achieve it. Their communication was clear and the solution worked well. The app is already useful, but having responsive support makes it even more valuable.
