You installed YMQ Product Options on May 16 and started the Advanced Plan trial to test the premium features. After the trial period, the app remained installed, and the subscription continued. When you contacted us on June 19 regarding the charge, we reviewed your account and offered a partial refund based on the actual usage period. We understand that you may have expected a different cancellation experience, and we apologize if the downgrade/cancellation process was not clear enough. We have taken your feedback seriously and are working to make this process easier for merchants. I am the team manager, and I personally followed up with you after your review to help resolve this issue. We have also offered to process a full refund as a gesture of goodwill.
