If I have any issues - Customer Service is there - fast service so I can continue with my business. Now its 2026 and Customer Service is so restricted everything is always "I have to put a ticket in" MAYBE in 3 weeks after loosing thousands of $$$$ they will reach out by email.

PreQuik | PreOrder Now & Sale app has helped us keep our online orders - in order. Awesome app if you sell out but already have an order on the way - no worries - pre order helps sell what you haven't gotten yet. So if you need to order more - you can to keep up with demand. My only issue is we can not get rid of their branding.
