Cost me HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of dollars this past Q4. Syncing went off, didn't import orders and customer support made a pop up banner that apologized for this issue rather than ever contacting me. Biggest piece of crap app and support I've dealt with in 15 years of using shopify. We apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced. Your feedback is important to us, and we've reached out via email to correct our mistakes and make it up to you. We're continuously doing adjustments and improvements on the app, especially our support services and overall customer satisfaction.
Amazing quick support - MUCH easier to use than Shogun without leaving behind nasty code. Does take some learning with the UI to become comfortable but has a slick clean look to all pages I make with it.

DONT INSTALL THIS!! It jacked up my theme bad. Also hard to (or you can't at all from what I see) merge with your Mailchimp list. My site is totally jacked up right now, hiring developer to fix :(
