As a fast-paced brand, we had been vigorously using manual segmentation for marketing communications, which involved multiple levels of inspection and data tallying. Then, we explored the Predflow platform and found that the recommended, ready-to-use segments backed by data are surprisingly effective. They significantly reduce the effort required for second and third-level checks in segmentation. We receive real-time recommendations for different goals, allowing us to cover various marketing aspects while ensuring minimal data overlaps and spamming.
