Thansk for the help, Thrisha. You can ask everything to be edited or changed within the app and settings. We got ou slider cart completely customized by Thrisha. The functionalities of this slider cart are converting really well and we are happy with the results.
Needed a small adjustment in de code for the app to work the way i wanted it to. The customer suport team helped me super fast and it was done within one hour. Thanks guys!
Amazing helpdesk. Contacted them yeserday around 5pm and after some detailed testing from their side it was clear there were some adjustments needed. Within the next hours i got contacted by another helpdesk worker with the message that the issue was completely fixed. He also send me some videos for me to see. I am glad the issue got fixed. (really fast) I have tested a lot of upsell apps and this one is simply working the best, so i am happy i can continue using it on my webshop.
Needed an edit to my invoice template and thanks to Audrey and William it got done in 10 minutes.
