Still the best membership app for what I need, but two main issues take it from 5 stars to 4, and may lead to me looking for alternatives soon: -Canceled members count towards your subscription tier, which for me adds up quickly. We're on the highest tier and have to regularly manually delete canceled members to avoid paying a an even higher amount. -Once a member cancels, their rewards/tiers aren't automatically deleted. We have to manually reset rewards for canceled members.
