I found the app super easy to get set up and working. I needed to contact support once about emails and they were super efficient, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

This app works exceptionally well. There is a small learning curve but well worth the trouble. I was helped by Sam recently with an issue with a customers account and not only did he sort that out but noticed another issue unprompted and offered to fix that as well before sending me on my way. Still the best membership app for what I need, but two main issues take it from 5 stars to 4, and may lead to me looking for alternatives soon: -Canceled members count towards your subscription tier, which for me adds up quickly. We're on the highest tier and have to regularly manually delete canceled members to avoid paying a an even higher amount. -Once a member cancels, their rewards/tiers aren't automatically deleted. We have to manually reset rewards for canceled members.

I have been in contact with support several times over the last two weeks to get my account set up so that I could launch my subscription membership. The team of folks that has helped me (memberships, loyalty, and subscriptions) has been outstanding. From explaining things to actually logging in and helping me set things up. The level of service I've received far exceeds my expectations. I would recommend this suite of apps to any online merchant trying to scale their store through memberships, loyalty programs, and subscriptions. 10/10.

I was initially overwhelmed setting up my membership program as there are quite a few moving parts between Shopify and Appstle. However, once I contacted support, Sam was absolutely outstanding. He patiently worked through every issue with me, identified configuration problems, fixed syncing issues from his end, and stayed with me until my membership checkout was working correctly. The support team genuinely knows the product and doesn't give up until it's resolved. If you're creating memberships for the first time, I'd definitely recommend reaching out to their support team—they made what felt impossible become manageable. It is easy to learn and easy to use! I have only had to contact their customer service once and they were quick to respond through chat and very helpful. I am still a very small business so I cannot speak for a business that says hundreds or thousands of members, but for me it has been great!
