This app is an absolute disgrace. Since the beginning of October, the Etsy connection is no longer supported, and nobody can give me any help or solutions. I was left completely in the dark – no warning, no notification, no email. Just cut off without any explanation. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for users. Honestly, even 1 star is far too generous.

Die Integration mit meinem Shop funktioniert nicht. Ständig kommt eine Meldung: "invalid". Auch der Chat antwortet seit 1 Stunde nicht, in keinster Weise! Schrecklich. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the experience. We emailed you to connect and assist you further. We appreciate the feedback and we're working hard to improve the app and support to provide a much better overall experience on the app. Looking forward to your response!
