So far it's been great. Customer service is great too. It's laking a couple customisation features like different cookie lengths for different programs. but on the whole it's a very solid app. Update - BixGrow addressed the issues we had immediately, they added custom cookie lengths per program and added unique id's we can tag customers and orders with. Amazing service. Highly recommend.

I've managed to set up a SaaS style subscription service on my store for digital products. There are a couple limitations but if you spend the time and figure out what those limitations are you can design your subscription product to work for digital SaaS. Appstle has great customer support. They are very responsive and always willing to help with tricky questions. So far this has been a good choice for us and our business.

The app is nice and simple. I like that. One improvement would be to order the theme changes in order of time instead of order that they were added to the queue. Also, if a theme is live, but the schedule swaps the theme to another theme before swapping it back to the live theme, saying it's live is a little confusing at first glance. it makes it look like that operation has already been executed.

The pricing of this app is good. I would pay more if the back dated tagging of orders would allow me to set it up and run on more than 20,000 at a time. For our volume it's still a very manual process.

A beautiful interface, easy to integrate and use. We have already received compliments from our customers. Their support team is great to deal with, efficient and quick to help/respond. I've had a couple of requests that I thought was out of scope, but they were able to assist. It's been a pleasure dealing with them. Highly recommend.
