This app is a gem! Really comprehensive affiliate and referral options, lots of customizations and tiers, affiliate dashboard is very insightful and intuitive, and their customer support are very helpful to fix issues if any! Tried a few different other apps, and nothing compares in terms of features, ease of use, and price. Totally recommend it.

We’ve been really happy with how easy this has made our affiliate program to manage. Setting up affiliate links, commissions, and tracking is straightforward, and the dashboard gives us a clear overview without feeling overly complicated. I also like the flexibility to create different commission structures and work with affiliates in a way that fits our store. The support team has been responsive whenever we had questions, which makes the overall experience even better. My company S-Secrets is new to using Bixgrow, but I can already tell I selected the right app. Flora help with our custom domain setup on a live chat and many other setup. I highly recommend their customer service and can't wait to grow our partners program with bixgrow. Also this app is a Built for Shopify if you are already selling on SHOPIFY.

I just downloaded BixGrow and am technically in the free trial stage but I have to say, this has been one of the most enjoyable and attentive customer service experiences I have ever had, ever, in any industry. I had so many questions before even deciding to do the free trial to ensure BixGrow had the features I needed for our referral and affiliate programs. To my delight, customer service agents responded so quickly and thoroughly AND the great news is that BixGrow has thought of everything when it comes to building out these programs. We have been using the app for 3 months now, and we are super happy with it. Customer Service is always here to support 24/7 and responding very fast to our questions. The only nice to have - that is missing at the moment - would be more options for automated payouts

The BixGrow app does exactly what we were looking for for our ambassador program. Whereas we used to manage everything in spreadsheets, it’s now fully automated, and our ambassadors have a great portal where they can easily keep track of all their commissions and payouts. On top of that, I received excellent support through the support chat from the entire team, but especially from Quinn. They even went the extra mile by implementing some of our specific requests through custom development. Absolutely top-notch!!
I was searching for an app that would allow me to sign up affiliates and link products using QR codes. So far this is app is exceeding my expectations. Super easy to install and get running. I've bailed on so many other apps due to hard navigate menus, set up, etc. However, this app is super user friendly, how refreshing! I used chat to set up a custom URL and they had me taken care of within a few minutes. Prices are really fair as well. Happy customer here!

BixGrow affiliate program is brilliant. It was way easier to set up than I expected. And having set up affiliate programs before, I know that it can be complicated. The landing page builder is excellent, like absolutely brilliant. And we actually asked for a slight tweak in the dashboard UI, and within 24 hours, the program developers made this tweak for us. So I was really impressed. Very easy to set up the affiliate settings and configure everything. The landing page that they go to to sign up is really good. The pop-up where they sign up is brilliant. And then the dashboard for the affiliates is actually lovely. Like, it's best in class. As someone who's had a fair bit to do with affiliate marketing, I've got a lot of points of comparison. And for something that's going to be attached to your Shopify at a very, very affordable fee, this is actually a brilliant program. It's enormous value for money. Highly recommended.

This app is easy to use and user friendly. When I had a problem or question I could just click on a chat at the corner and the staff helped me right away. Membership price is more affordable.

We tested the BixGrow Affiliate Marketing app during our evaluation phase, but it did not align well with our requirements. The app is feature-rich, but the overall setup and interface feel quite complex, especially for teams looking for a straightforward referral or affiliate solution. It seems more suitable for businesses with dedicated resources to manage affiliate programs rather than smaller or locally focused operations. Pricing is on the higher side compared to similar apps, which makes it less appealing during the early or growth stages. Another concern was the support experience, which was not very helpful during our testing phase and made the onboarding process more challenging than expected. Due to these factors, we decided not to proceed further with the app. With improvements in usability, pricing flexibility, and support, it could be a better fit for a wider range of businesses.

Excellent support! Leo helped us configure our custom domain (creadores.golden-rose.es) quickly and professionally. The whole process, including DNS verification and SSL setup, was smooth and completed within minutes. We are building a fully customized affiliate program for our Shopify store, and BixGrow has been a great solution. Highly recommended!
We implemented BixGrow in just 2–3 days and now our ambassador program is fully up and running. The setup process was straightforward, the Shopify integration worked smoothly, and everything is functioning exactly as expected. We were able to create a private ambassador program, assign custom discount codes, and give our ambassadors access to their own dashboards. What really stood out was the customer support team.
