I was using a paid App for my cookie bar, and it actually wasn't even functioning properly. Customer support pointed me to this App and we were able to install it very quickly and seems to be working great! Thank you.

Customer Support was great, I had been chatting with Tracy for support with my Blockify setup and then the question was posed about whether I was syncing my tracking to PayPal, which I wasn't. We installed the App and set up was really easy and straightforward and it is working and was also able to catch up old orders as well. In reviewing my store it was also noticed that my cookie bar could use some improvement so they also helped me to walk through that process. Very helpful.

I just installed the App today, and have a vintage theme for my Shopify store, so required some help installing the coding for the widgets on the backend. Jemuel was extremely responsive and made all the changes I needed in a timely manner. As I am still getting familiar with all the functionality of the App, I am sure I will request additional support for installing other features, but I am confident that the support team will get back to me promptly and get everything up and running smoothly.
I sent a message in the Help Chat and got a response from Luiz within a few minutes with the recommended solution, and offer to help with any other needs. Great customer service.
The tech support is amazing on this product! The only thing I would change is maybe a bit easier to make small changes (like font size) on your own - but they are totally willing to help (and fast) if you can't do it yourself!
