Absolutely great customer service. Fast response and great friendly staff
It's good but unfortunately numbers of sessions in the plans are low if you have a high traffic site. Could be great if it only stored and counted based on user set criteria. eg. sessions longer than x amount o time of with min. x amount of page views.
