Great app for managing all of our events and workshops. Does exactly what we need and the customer support team is always super helpful whenever we reach out. Highly recommend!

This app takes all the pain out of uploading and managing corporate gifting orders. We frequently have corporate customers sending large numbers of bouquets to customers or flower workshop kits to remote teams. It has always been a challenge to get these orders into Shopify but Send To Many streamlines the whole process from uploading through customer billing through order management. We sent hundreds of deliveries through the app during BFCM. And for Valentine's Day, we sent dozens of influencers orders that our PR agency sent us in a spreadsheet. Took minutes to upload and manage instead of the hours we spent in the past. Even Better was really responsive and helpful in walking us through the app and making sure everything went smoothly.

Such a great time-saver for our Customer Experience team. Let's us complete frequent tasks with the click of a button from within Shopify Admin. We have a button set up to create a draft order from an abandoned checkout, to quickly complete orders when customer call with credit card issues. And we can create a redelivery in a couple of clicks from an existing order page. The provided Flow templates make these automations really easy to set up. Highly recommended!

Outstanding customer support and great value. They got us all set up with GTM tracking last fall, and then helped us upgrade to Shopify's pixel and their updated version this spring. Definitely recommend getting their help with all the complex configuration required to get robust tracking set up.

We're a flower delivery business and people can't seem to remember to enter the delivery address at checkout, instead of their billing address. Letting customers fix their own addresses has saved us SOOO many unhappy customers and CX time / effort to fix issues. Crowd Control is also super responsive to ideas/suggestions and went out of their way to help me send address edit links in a Mailchimp campaign.
