Analyzify did a solid job reviewing our GA4 data after we rolled out Fraud Control rules. They compared the periods carefully, explained the drop in Unassigned traffic clearly, and confirmed there was no tracking issue on the GA4 side. I’ve been a long-term customer since first installing this app in 2023. In the beginning, everything worked well for a few months, and I was happy with the service. Unfortunately, after that, the app suddenly stopped functioning properly. I chose to stay patient and paid for support to have the issue fixed, even though the problem was not caused on my end. Sadly, the same situation happened again this year. The app stopped working once more, and this time it had a direct impact on my business, causing a significant drop in sales and creating unnecessary stress. As a business owner, reliability is extremely important, especially when your operations depend on the app functioning consistently. After giving it multiple chances over the years, I’ve finally decided to move to a different solution. I genuinely wanted this app to work long-term, but repeated breakdowns and instability made it difficult to continue relying on it for my business. Support does not stop after integration. Analyzify supports, gives advice where asked and helps with every step along the way. It doesn't really matter if you're a beginner or a pro with this kind of support. They take care of everything. Highly recommend it to every Shopify user.

Hi Analyzify Team, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding your response time. As a long-time client with a yearly subscription, I have come to expect a higher level of support. I sent several requests over two weeks ago, and the only response I've received is that you will look into it and get back to me. This is not the support I have always known you to offer. If this continues, we will seriously consider switching to another solution next year.
The support is super fast and helpful, even for individual solutions. Really great.
We signed up for Analyzify’s premium plan expecting a professional tracking setup. Our first support ticket was raised on 7 August 2025, followed by repeated follow-ups, yet not a single critical issue has been resolved. Their “premium” support dragged on for weeks until it expired on 16 September 2025 purely because of their delays and lack of competence. Even basic errors in Google Ads cart data tracking remain unresolved. The experience has been extremely frustrating and costly for us. In our view, Analyzify’s technical team is not capable of handling anything beyond a basic setup. We strongly advise other businesses to look for alternative solutions rather than waste money and time here.Today we are uninstalling their app and moving to another provider.
I purchased this plugin the day before yesterday and immediately applied for the Professional Implementation service, which was listed at $295. It said someone would help with the installation within 1–2 business days, but after waiting for two days, nothing happened. In the end, I had to install it myself by following the so-called documentation. Honestly, if this service doesn’t actually exist, please don’t advertise it. I haven’t even started using the plugin yet, and I’m already very disappointed with this service. Up until now, no one has contacted us. Do not buy, it destroys tracking in Shopify and GA4. Their customer service is as unhelpful as can be. I wish i never went near them ! Instead of fixing issues they made it 100 times worse ! Great app and even better customer support.
When you are spending a lot on advertising, and who isn't these days, conversion tracking is just like having electricity and water. You can't really survive and grow with out it and if it's not giving these platforms clear signals you can be wasting a lot of money. We joined on with Analyzify a few years ago but we noticed that our tracking had lost some of its reliability with over attribution between Google and Meta. We decided it was time to upgrade and just audit and clean up. We had very good experience with their support in the past and from what our research showed they are a well priced option. Long story short, Gorkem and team implemented tracking across all of our tools and paid channels and we are now seeing improvements in our attribution and are confident in the attribution so that our reports and tools are spending on the offers that are driving are sales. Highly recommend this team.
We've been working with Analyzify for a couple of years. Our most recent experience - server-side integration - was excellent. They provided concise instructions for anything we needed to do, they kept us updated on progress, and validated all tracking afterwards, with video and screenshots. Shopify sellers struggling with GA4 would do well to engage Analyzify's services!

Awful experience. You pay $$$ and have to troubleshoot everything with little help, you just get redirected to a bunch of help articles. You have to pay even more $$ to actually have someone come and fix the issues.

We wanted to upgrade our tracking setup to facilitate server-side tracking and to have more control over our tracking data. The setup was very nice, the team is very responsive and quick to solve any issues. We ran into some issues with the combination of our consent app Consentmo, and they've resolved it together with the support of Consentmo. We currently reach our ROAS targets with ease because of the upgraded tracking. Highly recommended!

The setup is quite easy, as the process simply guides you through it. We wanted to move to a more simple setup from our current landscape and implement a straight integration with only google GA4 and Adword and all GDPR stuff needed. The DIY setup to achieve this was super easy. After the initial setup, the team at Analyzify did the audit which is included in the subscription. The level of detail of the audit amazed me and on the couple of questions I still had, the answer was quick and solid. So overall I would highly recommend, due to easy of use and the excellent service!
Multiple implementation issues severely impacted our business As the owner of several Shopify brand stores, I need to share our concerning experience with Analyzify. Despite working with their support team over several months, we encountered persistent technical issues that significantly impacted our business: Conflicting GA4 Properties: The app configured multiple GA4 properties simultaneously, leading to quadruplicate tracking and corrupted analytics data. Screenshots from the Analyzify interface confirmed at least 4 separate properties active for one store. Inconsistent Implementation Methods: Events were configured through contradictory methods (App Embed vs Customer Events), causing the same events to be tracked through multiple mechanisms. Business Impact: This led to Google Ads disapprovals, unreliable conversion data, and significant revenue loss from non-functioning campaigns. Support Response: Despite extensive communication with support from October 2024 through April 2025, these issues were never properly resolved. In January 2025, we received confirmation that "validation process has been successfully completed" despite ongoing issues clearly visible in their interface. Partner Program: I notice they've recently launched a partner program, which seems to acknowledge the complexity of properly configuring their application. This timing is telling - if even Analyzify struggles to properly configure their own application (as our experience suggests), merchants should be wary. If you're considering this app, I strongly recommend ensuring you have technical expertise available to verify the implementation conducted by the Analyzify team and/or any of their partners. Better still, consider staying as close as you can to the native Shopify solution instead. The implementation issues we experienced resulted in significant financial impact due to lost advertising effectiveness and countless hours of troubleshooting - costs no business can afford.

I've been using Analyzify for several years with the Lifetime plan, and until recently, my experience with the app and the support team had been excellent. Recently, I decided to try the new "server-side tracking" upgrade plan offered to Lifetime customers. Unfortunately, the offering was extremely misleading. The upgrade, which costs a whopping $975, delivers incredibly limited value: for Google Ads, there is no server-side tracking provided at all, and for GA4, only the purchase event is sent via server-side — no other events are supported. The price they're asking is frankly exorbitant compared to what's actually being offered. In the past, Analyzify was much more transparent and honest about their services, but this time their communication was deliberately ambiguous to push customers into purchasing. There are much more complete alternatives available on the market today with a significantly better value proposition. Until Analyzify offers a complete server-side tracking solution at a reasonable cost (covering all events for all services, including Google Ads), there's absolutely no reason to spend so much money on such a limited service. I appreciate that the Analyzify team acted professionally, acknowledged the lack of clarity, and provided a full refund. Analyzify remains a solid product for its core features, but I strongly advise Lifetime users to be cautious and carefully evaluate the server-side upgrade before purchasing. Transparency is essential when asking for such high prices, and in this regard, the company has definitely disappointed.

It is quite an expensive app and in advance you have the feeling that this will be a ready-made plug and play installation. In the end we are dozens of emails further for our 2 shops, quite a lot of integration work has been done and adjustments also have to be made in the theme files (in javascript and liquid, error-prone for the future). In addition, there is also no standard setting for server side tracking of the gtm container and this also had to be done manually. In the meantime, a lot more is being tracked, but only half of the orders seem to be visible in analytics. Overall I am not very satisfied considering the amount we pay for it and I consider looking for alternatives. ------------ Update after a few months: They have managed to fix the tracking issues and errors in our shops. Now, all orders (that can be measured because of cookie legislation) are being tracked and sent to GA4. However, I still find it a very expensive app for what you get in return and the amount of work it took to finally get it to the level we have now.

This is the 5th store I have added Analyzify to for GA4 tracking and Ads integration. I wouldn't hesitate a second to add it to any site I manage. And best of all, their customer service team is the most responsive and knowledgeable team I have worked with. If you're not sure which app is better for GA4 setup you can stop thinking now. Great team at Analyzify! They answer my questions and concerns promptly and helped us setup GA4 conversions tracking, especially with our Google Ads to ensure each event is tracked properly. Made it very easy and they even explain why they take certain steps so I'm fully aware of how my events and conversions operate. Highly recommend! Edited Sept. 2024: I'm not sure if the Checkout Extensibility is working as expected after paying for the setup. And, now it's hard to get a response on whether things are working as they should. I'm still waiting on a response that they're still looking into for 2 weeks now.

Ellos hicieron un trabajo excelente. desde la presentacion de mi problema le dieron un seguimiento perfecto. me pidieron los accesos de mi thema y fueron muy cuidadosos. ahora todos los registros evenos y demas estan perfectamente integrados. ya las conversiones de mis redes sociales y otras mas estan perfecto. incluso me ayudaron con goggle shopping y eso que no estaba en su plan. pero lo dejaron listo Siempre me retroalimentaron y me enviaron correos de avances. el proceso demoro unos 30 dias pero se ha notado la diferencia en las visitias a mi sitio

Very comprehensive "white glove" service - we were already a paying customer and after a year of changes to our store, had some GA4 issues pop up. Analyzify team got us back up and running in GA quickly and effectively - including integration in our custom Vue application. Incredibly fast and precise tracking! We've had couple of issues regarding tracking on a multilingual store: no ad conversions on some languages and double on others, missing data on GA4... So we've decided to move forward with Analyzify on February 2024. Everything went right since then, all our issues were fixed and we can now rely on our tracking again.
