We stumbled across this app after a google search on how to register for European VAT numbers, which we needed to store our goods in the respective Amazon fulfilment centres. We opted for the service from SimpleVAT, whose team have been very helpful, responsive and fast with the translation of company documents and registration of VAT numbers in Italy, Spain, Germany, France, Poland and the UK. We then saw the possibility to connect our various marketplaces (Shopify store, Amazon, EBay and Allegro) and have all our sales centralised through their platform. All our existing orders from these marketplaces were imported, separated by country of sale, and the invoiced were created in the respective language and local currency of the sale. This has completely simplified our accounting and OSS VAT payments, and also helped us create a general overview of sales from all our platforms. Its great to have the data all in one place. We were able to give access to various team members like our in-house accountant and also external accountant to the software. They are more than happy to have all their work simplified. We love the software, which so far has worked flawless and most of all we love the dedicated, well trained and helpful development/support team behind it.

App works well, some great free sections that are easily activated and incorporated to the store, and even better paid sections that come at a very small price. We had, what we thought was a small issue with 1 section so contacted support and were helped by Rio who had a quick look and explained what we were doing wrong. In the end it wasn't an issue with the app or the section. All in all, great customer service and great app.

So, there is no affiliate portal to pay affiliates directly. There is an offer to remove the aftership branding and also increase the amount of referral links for free by contacting support. This should be an automatic feature, rather than wasting time contacting support. Now comes the worst part. The widget for referral links is not removable by the customer so its always floating on the screen where ever they are. Extremely annoying and invasive especially on small mobile screens as its always covering some text or images. One positive star for the customer support team. In my short experience was very helpful and responded immediately.
