Really terrible interface. Once you select a plan, it is impossible to cancel and they keep charging you.

Hi, thanks for sharing this and sorry for the confusion. Uninstalling the app cancels the subscription automatically through Shopify and no charges are created after that. The charge you saw was for a billing cycle that started two days before you uninstalled, and in good faith we refunded it in full as soon as you got in touch. If anything about the interface could be clearer, we'd love to hear from you at support@dutify.com.
Great app to keep an eye on how customers are using the website. And the support team is extremely responsive. I couldn’t recommend enough.

It is an easy solution to implement labels/badges on your store. With the support of their teams we were able to get it up and running in no time. The team is very responsive and helpful to resolve any issue you might have with your template.
It is a great app to get customer information for out-of-stock items. When we first installed it we had a small alignment issue, but the support team instantly helped us with it. We are currently on the free plan, but as our orders grow, we will definitely upgrade to the premium plan!
