I am very pleased I found getkleio. I have had a conversation with Mathias who runs ecommerce in Denmark and understands the landscape first hand. He is very responsive to feedback, and has a nice roadmap feautre. I have just used getkleio for a few weeks, and I have already seen many changes. One thing I really appreciate is that we can add costs very accurately, so we see our actual profitability with all variable costs and fix costs at the same time. Once it integrates with finaloop, it will be even better, as we will have actual real time cost numbers to work with for fix costs... Also, it does a really great job, incorporating refunds. They are attributed to the original order, so your numbers are always accurate, and you can even see what channels have higer returns. No other platfrom we have looked into could do this right. I look forward to using Kleio and helping Mathias improve the platform. If you are on the fence, it costs so much less than anything else out there. Just sign up, you won't regret it.

In the past we worked with many review platforms. We were one of the first paying customers of yotpo, but over time, we did not get any new features unless we would have upgraded to insanely expensive plans. Then we switched to stamped.io . Because of their poor code quality our checkout broke, which is of course horrible, and so we switched to reviews.io OVerall their integration was sluggish and we could not customize it the way we wanted to. I did a not of research, looked into Junip etc but then found rapidreviews. As the name implies, the reviews are in fact rapid. We got a long free trial and the owner William Belk, was really good in helping us getting reviews imported, and getting set up. The speed, service level as well as the low price are all reasons we will keep working with rapidreviews. We are able to integrate with Klaviyo and collect our reviews that way. They also have their own AMP template which is nice, but at this point I am more interested in video reviews. While rapidreviews can collect them, it is right now not something you can promote with AMP or their regular emails. I would love to have the ability to push video reviews more with rapidreviews, as those are what moves the needle the most. Overall still 5 stars for Rapidreviews

I bought wishlist king based on the recommendation of our devs in May of 2024. I singed up for yearly billing through May 2025 at the price of US$190 a year. We just launched our store, and I wanted to check out the settings, and now all I can see is a screen that says, they changed their pricing to US$490 a year, which is more than a 250% increase, and I could not access any of the settings of the app I already paid for unless I agree to the new pricing. I reached out via email and Alex replied, and made things right.
