The customer service team is fantastic! Super responsive, and able to assist with all the customisations our business required.
Beautiful! The support team customized the look and some features so that it blends well with the theme. On the backend it shows how often specific items were wishlisted and how many customers have added things to their wishlist. The Klaviyo integration was a little tricky to set up, so I had to reach out to support to get some guidance. The most valuable part of this app is the email automations for 'Back in Stock' and 'Price Drop'. I will update when I see how that goes.

I was very impressed from the minute I installed this app! I received an email immediately welcoming our company with detailed instructions on how they would integrate this into my theme. They worked on it right away! They were able to install the app. into my current theme exactly how I needed it to work for my company. Toby was very professional and took everything I said and made it work. I have never received such great and efficient customer service. Simple app with great clean design that just works. Customer support is 10/10. I did my research of all options in Shopify App store before going with Swish and I am confident I chose the right one! Could not recommend it more! If you are looking for great Wishlist app, give Swish a test!

This wishlist app outperforms the 3 others I tried in customer service, turnaround times, and overall user experience. Very happy with my decision! The one feature I'd love to see added is a wishlist drawer instead of a dedicated page.

New Swish subscriber here and WOW…this app feels like such a smart upgrade for my small business/online store. It’s a really great perk for clients (and makes everything feel more elevated and organized). I’ve emailed Swish a few times while trying to make customizations and they respond quickly and actually help…like real support, not canned answers. Also…Toby is phenomenal. So happy I found this.

Probably the best wishlist app there is when it comes to a professional looking store, I've tried them all and this has the smoothest animations, similar to what you'd get in a high end store. Toby from the support team was incredibly helpful in getting the app set up for me and his attention to detail in getting the icons and style to look like my existing brand is unmatched. Highly recommend!

Tried another app first that lost us days in troubleshooting tech glitches. Swish got us set up overnight and everything is perfect. Great support. Sleek aesthetics. Love!

Meine Wünsche ein zusätzliches Textfeld einzubauen wurden auch innerhalb weniger Minuten und kostenfrei umgesetzt. DAS ist Service. Die App funktioniert (vor allem im Vergleich zu 3 anderen Apps die ich getestet hatte) reibungslos und fügt sich wunderschön ins Theme ein.

The easiest integration imaginable. I self-setup Swish wishlist and everything clicked together within an hour of playing around. There was a small tweak I needed and Toby from Swish was able to fix it to our standards within minutes. A great app, easy to use interface and super support. Highly recommend!

Excellent App with Fantastic Support. The app works really well -- delivers on what it says, documentation is excellent, easy to set up and flexible. What really blew us away was the support - one of the best support team's we've experienced of any Shopify App. We had a quite a complex setup, involving migrating thousands of customers' info into the system, customizing wording, custom styling to suit our store and so-on. Toby and the team did a great job, helping us every step of the way and their support is super speedy. Great app and well supported.
This app is great! It meets my expectations and I didn't have to struggle to configure it (support took care of everything), in addition to having it deployed as it is done everywhere else. A quick message to support and voilà, not only they respond quickly to messages, but also I found myself satisfied to see that the app is deployed and operational as I wanted.
Toby was absolutely fantastic! He installed and configured the Switch app quickly and flawlessly, making the process totally painless. On top of that, he spotted and fixed an unrelated issue I was having with icon placement—something I didn’t even expect help with. Excellent service from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier!

I have just had this app installed and I am loving it already. Working with the developers to tailor it to my website theme was easy and so quick and nothing was a problem. So relieved that something I thought would be a challenge to set up was so quick and I'm not left thinking I wish it cold be like this or do that. It meets my exact brief - so happy and would highly recommend.

Our web developer gave us three suggestions for Wishlist Apps - and after installing his top suggestion, which was complicated with no real support available, I uninstalled it a few hours later and installed Swish. What a difference! Simple, easy to follow installation instructions, almost immediate support and customised by their team within hours to suit our web design. Super impressed. The app functions well, connects seamlessly with Klaviyo and looks great. I will update this review once we have been using the app for a few weeks with performance details. Thanks Swish team!

BEST APP EXPERIENCE EVER! Setup within a few hours and no glitches. We have used a few wishlist apps now and were never quite happy with them, this one is by far the easiest to use and the customer service is next level, answering all of my questions. Seamless integration with Klaviyo and we were able to import all of our current wishlists from our previous app.

By far and away the best Wishlist app. Integration was seamless (thank you Alex) and we have had zero issues in the 5+ years we've been using the app. Customers love it, the back end is intuitive and the continual rollout of features has been great. The support team is epic and super efficient too.

Great app and fantastic support! Toby and Max were super responsive and took great care in integrating the app nicely in our theme - I didn't have to do any work at all. The functionality of the app is excellent, it integrates nicely into the shop and does exactly what it's supposed to do while being lightweight and fast. Absolutely recommended!

Great app, really simple to set-up, the things we did need help with the developer did for us at no charge and within hours of asking. Great customisation and analytics. We'd been looking for a while at different wishlist options, this one is by far the best we tried.
Great app. Been using it for almost a year with different themes and without any issues. Just like it should be. Implementation was easy and smooth even for custom built webshops. Support is always there for you and fast.
Hidden gem!! This app does exactly what it promises...and now more!! Integrates beautifully with our custom theme with a lot of customization options! We have had ZERO customer complaints about this functionality, our store speed has not been impacted at all, and now with even more improvements, we look forward to expanding our wishlists into our back-in-stock and price drop flow as well! We love this app. Not only is it a great price and unlimited amount of wishlist adds, but it’s awesome that when you are in the shopping cart, you can save the product for later instead of deleting the product. The best part of all was the custom service. Alex was awesome. Not only did he help us onboard quickly but he was also able to do some little extras for ours to make it really look natural on our website. Totally appreciate them and recommend this app.
