In addition to the app being a comprehensive solution to many search and filter challenges, the customer service is unmatched. Their team is quick, available, knowledgeable and provides solutions. Highly recommend.
We've had great success in using this builder to add further branding and customization to our store. The customer service has been exceptional as well... responsive, and committed to finding a solution to any challenges with the product.

I researched multiple FAQ apps before deciding on this one. I am very pleased with the app itself and what it can do, but I can't speak highly enough about their customer service!! They have been extremely responsive and have even helped me customize it to our store. Would definitely recommend this app!!
If you fulfill your own orders this app is a must! The increase in accuracy is significant and it also increased our speed of fulfilling each order. Paul was very helpful in helping us with the check address function. Highly recommend!
