Customer service has been great so far, didn't have to wait at all for support, and they were able to efficiently add features onto the app for me.

It seems pretty good at first pass... a little bit complicated to customize everything when working through the helper, for instance, I have to go through the whole process to skip to the section I abandoned. I like the scheduling function and notifications.

Easy to create the map and it synced well once loaded to my page. I did find it difficult to actually integrate into my shopify page, but had someone who is a bit more fluent integrate it for me. Again, once it is in ... it seamlessly synced when I added new location.
