Hello, We’ve just installed the app, which looks great, but we’re experiencing a few bugs. We’ve also tried reaching support through the live chat during the available hours, but it doesn’t seem to be working, we haven’t been able to reach anyone for several days. Could you please provide us with an email address to contact your support team? Thank you.

Hello, and thanks for flagging this. Really sorry about this issue. This definitely should not happen. Our support team is available and normally responds quickly, so something seems off with the live chat for your store. Please email us me at axel@depict.ai and I will help you right away. Thanks for your patience, and we will get this resolved fast. /Axel
