We’ve been really impressed with iAdvize on Haum. What stood out to us was how quickly we were able to get it working well with our catalog and brand voice. It feels much more like a real shopping assistant than a basic chatbot, and the product discovery side has been especially useful with a larger assortment. The team has also been great to work with and very responsive as we’ve continued to fine-tune the experience.
