I have just started using this ap and it was recommended to me from a happy shopify user so I am hoping this does the trick! So far customer service has been great- They answer quickly. I will also add that the set up is very intuitive, something as a non tech person I really appreciated.
I just went through the install process with Veena. She was very well informed and made the set up a breeze. I hope the app generates sales as easily as the customer service set up experience was!
