After putting off adding a waitlist to my site for a while, as I thought it would be difficult, Sam popped up in the chat immediately to make sure everything was OK and got everything up and running for me within ten minutes! The app is great to build social proof on my site. The setup is easy and support has been great for the odd question I have had. I'm using the free plan at the moment which is full of features for a store starting out and will definitely look to upgrade to the Awesome plan in the future.

Brilliant App opening up additional markets and increasing revenue. Carlos was amazing (and very patient) helping me get my first item listed on Ebay. Not once did he blame it on user error when it very clearly was :)
