The Wholesale Pricing Discount app works great, it does everything we need it to (and more), and their support is fantastic! In contrast to other apps we tried, this one luckily did not employ discount codes to create the basic customer tiers. Other apps that use discount codes for basic customer tiers will prevent customers from using actual discount codes at checkout since Shopify doesn't allow the combining of discounts. With this app, however, we can offer discount codes (through this app) IN ADDITION to the customer tier pricing, which makes all the difference for our use case. We also have their Net 15/30 feature integrated in the cart, which upon clicking a button sends all the cart contents via email to us while also creating a draft order in the back-end of Shopify. Since we deal with larger shipments, this is very handy for intercepting an order that should not be paid by credit card without a personal discussion about international freight and duties first. Did I mention their support is great? Not only did this team take the time to set up a meeting with us to demo one-on-one via screen-share what their app can do before we even installed it, but they went out of their way to make sure it would work with our site. They listened to our use case, suggested how we could solve it with this app, and whenever we had a question they responded lightning fast. Before they integrated the app, they called out technical conflicts with 2 other apps, which seemed to throw a wrench into our plans. But we asked if they could solve this for us for a fee and their team then provided a great solution to make this all work together harmoniously. We are very happy with this app and the team that works so hard to provide stellar support. Thank you!
