OK I was a bit skeptical because I am a complete noob with servers and such, but Mathías helped me step by step set up the emails and start with my newsletter once again. It's been months inactive, and I was a bit worried about suddenly relaunching it. Thanks for the help! I was using shopify newsletter but it was so limited. Ready to explore omnisend. Good thing knowing customer service is so great :)

I had a couple of issues and they helped me instantly. That's why I look for when I install apps: being sure I will be able to manage it without being expert in the subject and having the support of experts when I need it!
