Great app! Love the different reward options and over flexibility it offers. Also love that the app is FREE!

I installed VideoPoint because I was actively looking for a way to bring social proof and “real” shopping to my Shopify site, not a static Instagram grid. This is the first app I’ve used where the experience feels built for people like me, not some clunky, outdated tool. The AI video results genuinely surprised me. The videos looked real, not blurry or obviously AI, and the close-up shots made my products feel premium and almost 3D. It’s exactly the kind of trust signal shoppers respond to right now: “people are buying this, people love this, you should too.” Also, the pricing logic makes sense. Charging on video views (watched for at least a few seconds) instead of widget impressions is the right metric, and it’s way more fair than what most apps do. Support has been unreal. Straightforward onboarding, a free call (I’ve never seen that inside an app before), and zero pushy sales energy. It was basically “try it and tell me what you think,” which is why I even said yes in the first place. 10 out of 10, and I’m not easily impressed.

"Not easily impressed" – that's the best kind of review to get, thank you. The whole point was to make videos that look real, not obviously AI, so it's great the close-ups did that for your products. And you're right on the pricing – charging for actual views, not just someone scrolling past, felt like the fair way to do it. – The VideoPoint team

TryPoint is the first virtual try-on experience I’ve tested that feels like it’s moving in the right direction fast. What sold me was the speed of execution and how responsive the team is to real merchant feedback. I asked for back view try-on because, for apparel, front-only is not enough. They shipped the back virtual try-on in 2 days, and they’re using the latest Google virtual try-on AI model (it was released just days ago and it’s already integrated). That kind of shipping cadence is rare. I also appreciate that the team actually thinks about the full conversion journey, not just the “cool AI demo.” They’ve been open to ideas like improving the customer-facing flow, making results more shareable, and building better ways to operationalize VTO outcomes. It feels like a product that’s being built with merchants, not just for merchants. If you want try-on that’s improving quickly, with a founder-led team that listens and ships, this is a strong choice.

Thank you, this is exactly how we want to build, with merchants and not just for them. The back-view request is a good example: front-only isn't enough for apparel, so we shipped it. And you're right that the win isn't the demo, it's the full path to a sale, so more shareable results and a stronger shopper flow are where we're headed next. Keep the ideas coming. Our fastest improvements have all started with a merchant telling us what's missing. – The TryPoint team
