was thrilled to try this company but it was one disappointment after another. now I'm seriously considering to take our case to court. they violated the simplest consumer rights and are not happy with language I used after everything happened. first of all your trial will be over in 30 minutes, not in 14 days, as advertised. the reason? you've used your 1 credit in your trial. so basically you take a breath you get charged. then my card declined and I went there and paused my membership, the next day they try to charge me again, now there is no option to cancel or pause my membership, only to update my card on file. finally they were able to charge my card and refusing to make a refund. when I login to my account I still see the message to enter my billing information. I got charged without my consent and still did not receive service or refund. Clear violation of consumer's rights. So I will do everything in my power to let everybody know how FRAUD this company is. And they will be held accountable.
I will change my review when they stop robbing people $2.75 per label check. Their label requirements are so buggy and confusing they will charge you $50 simply to approve one label for one product. They keep rejecting my labels without any direct guidance or explanation, oh yes. For guidance and explanation you please pay 500 a month or whatever it is. Not right way to run your business.

Thank you for the review. The problem you’re facing can be solved by carefully following FDA label requirement guidelines before uploading a custom label. Alternatively, you can also use one of our predesigned templates if you don’t want to design a label. We try to help as much as we can with our guide at https://intercom.help/dripshipper-help/en/articles/5812261-how-to-create-a-custom-label All labels must pass a Supplier Quality Assurance review. Ultimately, you should refer to the FDA for all up-to-date requirements. Accurate label design is imperative when you are introducing a new food product into the market and the suppliers review every label for their own internal compliance check.
