I have been happy with the app. Had issue with product sku not linking lately. reloaded sku and was the same after update. Took some time to fix and is unfortunate that the auto sync could not push updates. To ensure the AUTO sync to store.

Starting your own private coffee brand isn't easy but Dripshipper sure makes it seem like it is! From the ease of navigating the app through Shopify to their over the top customer service, you will be taken care of with Dripshipper. I have had more questions than I can count over the past few months and all I have to do is send a quick text and BOOM it gets answered! Hats off to these guys and gals and if I could give 10 stars I would!

Dripshipper is really amazing. I was very skeptical in the beginning because it all does seem a little too good to be true. I mean they literally take care of everything from bagging, to labels, to shipping costs (in the US) and honestly you cant really beat that anywhere for the price. I keep learning more and more about how much they offer and its so helpful with my online store. I would 100% recommend.
Best coffee fulfillment app. They even had tea. I only wish they would bring back the half calf blend, as a quite a couple of my customers liked it.
Runs quietly in the background so I can focus on the brand I run a specialty coffee and tea store with around 90 SKUs, all fulfilled through Dripshipper. What sold me was the roast-to-order model. My customers get coffee roasted after they buy it, not bags that sat in a warehouse for months, and I never touch inventory. Setup was straightforward. Products synced to my store cleanly, and white labeling let me build my own brand identity instead of looking like every other dropship coffee site. Orders flow through automatically, fulfillment has been reliable, and shipping times have been consistent enough that I don't get customer complaints about it. The real value for a one-person operation like mine: I spend my time on marketing, content, and wholesale outreach instead of packing boxes. If you're serious about building an actual coffee brand and not just testing a trend, this app does the unglamorous work so you can do the interesting
Overall, we have had a great experience. App is easy to use. Very responsive to questions or concerns. I just wish they would add another vendor that has Kona Coffee, Geisha Coffee, and other flavored coffees for holidays like Highland Grogg, and Irish Creme for St. Patrick's Day. I need to go outside of the network to get these.
Pretty easy to use for the basics like tracking orders or importing products to the shopify store.

I’ve had a very positive experience so far using Dripshipper. Their customer service team is efficient and responds relatively quickly whenever I’ve had questions. Overall, the dropshipping process has been smooth and easy to manage. The only small critique I would offer is that I wish there were more detailed resources or guidance on navigating the platform. In the early stages, I didn’t feel the FAQs provided quite enough direction, especially for new users learning the system.

Dripshipper customer assistance is not helpful at all. It's actually quite terrible! Each issue I've had will get a basic response that seems like an AI response even when the AI tool says it's sending me to an actual human. I've had problems with our labels and they refuse to be helpful. I've had issues with invoices on orders as well and after explaining the issue several times I get a basic response back that is not helpful at all or even close to what I'm dealing with. I've asked for a phone number to call for assistance but they told me (via chat) that they can not help by telephone. I was planning on keeping my complaints to myself but the owner sent a message asking for a review. I would not spend the money at this company again unless something changes. UPDATE 2/5: Ok, I'm new to all of this online store & dropshipping stuff. I was grossly mistaken on who I was reviewing in my initial post. Dripshipper has actually been a great company, especially Aasiya. At first I thought otherwise but the more I learned of the process I discovered my complaints are towards a 3rd party company (SiteToBuy) that set up my Shopify online store and dripshipper app. If I could find a way to review them I would copy my initial review and share on their page.
The service Arkam provided to resolve my issues made this process very smooth and less intimidating for someone who is starting out.
Talk about the app that has it all. Very impressed with these guys (and gals) and their knowledge and speedy response times from customer service. From creating our own branding, and designing our own labeling, etc, this is a must for anyone looking to take a leap in the business world and hit the ground running! Expensive subscription and very high cost items. You will lose money! I've had them for 6 months now and I lose out on profit because of their monthly subscription fees on top of the items cost is so high if you don't sell each bag at a 76% markup you don't profit anything!! My issue also lies in horrible customer service times and lack of transparency on their product descriptions..... also you are stuck doing refunds on your own since they have a strict no refund or exchange policy........ Be careful if you decide to go with this supplier they are very expensive especially for beginners. It's worth looking into local coffee shops where you live to supply your store.

☆☆ Mixed experience overall. Arkam was attentive, knowledgeable, and ultimately helped me understand what was needed to get the store operational. His support was genuinely 5 star and appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall experience was frustrating. Prior to Arkam’s involvement, interactions with Aasiya and Rasheel were extremely poor. Responses were delayed for over 12 hours, communication lacked clarity, and the assistance provided did not demonstrate a basic understanding of the issue. That resulted in an entire day lost. When you are trying to launch a store, delays like that directly translate to lost revenue. While Arkam delivered strong support, the inconsistency in customer service significantly impacted the experience.

NPR (Not Paid Review) The support is there. Just be patient and persistent. No one is perfect but Dripshipper has helped me come a long way. They offer lots of help so you can succeed. I will change my review when they stop robbing people $2.75 per label check. Their label requirements are so buggy and confusing they will charge you $50 simply to approve one label for one product. They keep rejecting my labels without any direct guidance or explanation, oh yes. For guidance and explanation you please pay 500 a month or whatever it is. Not right way to run your business.

Thank you for the review. The problem you’re facing can be solved by carefully following FDA label requirement guidelines before uploading a custom label. Alternatively, you can also use one of our predesigned templates if you don’t want to design a label. Ultimately, you should refer to the FDA for all up-to-date requirements. Accurate label design is imperative when you are introducing a new food product into the market and the suppliers review every label for their own internal compliance check. I paid for the store set up and WOW! If I had done this myself, it would have taken me weeks and it probably would not have been done. I didn't really want to pay for the set up but I am so glad I did. The brand logo was done for me and I couldn't find one I really liked on my own and I am also not artistic. They returned a logo on the first try that I really liked and I had tried AI for two days searching for a logo. I did provide a mock logo that I liked on AI but told them I didn't have rights to it and to redo it completely. They totally redid the logo and it didn't look anything like the provided one but did retain the elements that I was looking for. I recommend you to use the store set up if you choose to work with Dripshipper. Their services were awesome!

Dripshipper app did use colors I asked for when I made my purchase. When I had issues and contacted them, they were able to answer my questions. The service I purchased was completed after I did have to prove I purchased the service; give screen shots, purchase amount, prove it was cleared through my bank as paid, and date ordered/paid in full to receive the service. I did have to follow up with the Dripshipper app team to get the service completed though.

Very Great customer service and super helpful. love the fact that the price was very affordable, and they practically set your store, and everything so well laid out and they give you a ton of downloads to help with your social media with building a community. This is my third try at having a store. the first time was a golfing supply store and just couldn't get great shipping which people don't like so they don't buy. The second store I had was a general store which had various products of all kinds and still with the crappy shipping and cheap products so no one would buy because the shipping too long. This store is my third time, and I feel great about this one as the shipping is fast and I ordered coffee and will get it in 5 days and it's in the USA. I have used Dripshipper for a while and had plenty of orders come through, everyone loves the coffee and are regulars now. Super Fresh Coffee and Fast shipping. One time I had an order come through on Friday and the customer received it monday. Super fast if you ask me! The store is so automated I dont have to waste time inputting address on each order and submitting the tracking. Everything is automated and soon as I get order notification on shopify its already sent to Dripshipper and in processing. Thank you Dripshipper for setting the store up and getting me connected to social media and my suppliers.
