Great experience, their customer service is amazing. They always help if I have any issue, which I barely ever do. Everyone I've dealt with has been very professionl. I total recommend this app and I bet their other apps are great too.

Great app and specially great support system. They have been really helpful and thorough when I've needed assistance (shout out to Cesar from the support team). Also, the app provides exactly what Shopify's Order Printer app lacks, specially fixing the weird issue Shopify's app has when printing large orders.

Superb developer support! This app is affordable, does exactly what it's supposed to do and, most importantly, the support team is amazing. They have a request section to ask for specific implementations you would like to see in their app. They implemented one very crucial thing I needed for my store - if a customer is logged into their account and they click on the purchase order button, the field for email gets autofilled with their account email. I totally recommend this app and will def be using it for a long time!

So far so good. They're still working on integrations with social media and the iOS app but I like how many more customizations I can add here than in the Shopify Inbox app.
