I have been trying to get in touch with them for weeks now. This supplier needs to be uncertified by Shopify with immediate effect. They are non responsive, orders are on waiting list for days. You can never get in touch with their customer service. Terrible. 2 years I was praising them now, I will transfer all my products to a competitor. Thank you very much for your feedback, we will continue to improve our service quality.
Great app... Works well. However I have uninstalled it and still be charged for it .. can you contact me ??
Great response from the support and so far does the job .. Can't wait to see my loyalty program increase.
