iFera has been a gem to our hot sauce company. I really llke the app and it's features. It's easy to use which makes it great for customers to give their feedback and the customer service is outstanding. I like the way the app keeps growing and innovating.

The customer service person Sunny was patient and very helpful. Sunny was able to walk me through the issue and quickly resolve it.
