So far so good. Help desk is amazing (and basically in my timezone AWST). Easy to install and very supportive help desk.

Simple to install and does what it says. We subscribed after we evolved past our existing review platform. We migrated specifically for its facebook and google interface and ability to manage international reviews (in language). Followed the instructions and what I was puzzling over for a week was handled in an afternoon.

The apps are pretty close to whatever you need to do. Maybe a little short on a feature or 2 compared to a competitor... but it's the sheer volume of features and the support at the end of the Chat that blows you away. More than happy to tweak to make it do what you want.
