Drifters Adventure Centre

Thank you for writing your review and I am glad to hear that you've been able to increase your interactions with customers as a result of using Shopify Inbox. I hope the tool continues to be of use to your business as it grows moving forward. In terms of the feedback you've provided regarding how the enter button functions when sending a message to an offline customer, I can see why you'd prefer for the text to skip to the next line rather than sending a message to the customer each time. I'll be sure to pass on your suggestion to our development team. -Victor, Shopify Support
