Abysmal. The integration does not work - our Shopify payouts have not pulled into Sage - new invoices have not pulled through into Sage - Void orders still show as payment outstanding in Sage I f only I'd read all the reviews, here on Shopify and via Google, as to how terrible people's experience has been, I would not have bothered with the trial. I think a previous comment seems quite accurate - probably a data harvest and not a real app company at all. I expect both Sage and Shopify to pay better attention to who they are allowing API access and more careful monitoring of the outcomes. This has been a huge waste of time and quite concerning now our finances need resorting.

UPDATE - We now have a need or the product and within a few days of using it again Denis has already helped us out, thank you. the product is really adaptable too. The product is clear and simple to use and is easy to customise. It also has the option to pull pretty much any data field from our website. Plus, on the chat, Denis has been endlessly helpful. Not only are his answers actually solutions to my queries, he is incredibly prompt with his responses which suggest to me I can trust he is very knowledgeable of his product and understanding of customer needs. Plus he comes across as very friendly and happy to help. Sadly we have further needs that the app cannot fulfil so will not be continuing. thank you anyway

Not great UI - save button not clear. No ability to assign images is a let down, as is not being able to select multiple options from a single dropdown menu
