The best thing about any application is how well they communicate and help - especially in times of need. The second best thing is how they reach out proactively to check in that all is good, including how to make it better so you get the optimum benefits from them. BOTH of these are 5 big stars from Tiny SEO - and the results are showing with more traffic and definetly faster. These guys are pinned and part of my permanent Shopify App family.
Love Tevello. I have worked with different LMS applications, and this has everything I need and even looks gorgeous with the ability to customise to your sites theme and brand aesthetics. The very best part is the service, and the support provided not only in response to questions, but in the existing resources including very helpful videos etc. I feel the developer is keen to improve and grow further and this gets me excited. Seamless installation and integration- have had customers already respond with reviews and it’s a game changer- feel like a real grown up online shop now The team are helpful and responsive- not that I needed help as it’s so easy, but they are there offering assistance and you feel secure knowing there is strong support available
Early days but have tried different appointment apps - so far this was best for features offered within a reasonable pricing structure - also great support /service.
