Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re sorry for the confusion and frustration this has caused. We’ve been in touch via email to clarify how the Monthly Record system currently works with tier-based medals, and we also applied a fix so your actual number of verified reviews is now displayed correctly. Our product team is working on a permanent improvement to make this clearer and more accurate moving forward. We truly appreciate your patience and for bringing this to our attention, it helps us improve the experience for all merchants.
Great App & Excellent Support! This app makes creating and printing barcode labels super easy and even fun. The interface is intuitive, and customizing label templates is simple. A special thanks to Alex from support—quick, helpful, and highly knowledgeable. He was able to help me with a problem that I had in the template within minutes.
