Warning: Potential Scam and Unauthorized Charges I installed this app using a valid 1-year coupon code, which was accepted for a free subscription. However, immediately after installation, the app attempted to charge my credit card $3,900 for a full-year Enterprise plan without my authorization. There is no accessible customer support, no way to cancel the subscription, and no account deletion option on their site. I reached out to the CEO on LinkedIn as a last resort, but received no response. To make matters worse, the app slowed down my store’s page load times dramatically and failed to deliver any of its advertised features. I uninstalled the app immediately. Please delete my account and cease any further unauthorized charge attempts.

Hey Ahmed, your installation of Visidea (The Smile Inc.) has no active subscriptions. You tried a monthly and a yearly subscription but both have been canceled. We don't try to get the subscription fees, the payment system is completely managed by Shopify. We deleted your shop by our database and there are no other links to your shop. Hope this helps.
