Great app! We've been using it for a while and have had no issues. I recommend allowing customers to be automatically charged the full price of an item if they cancel their subscription before completing the minimum required number of shipments. This is the only reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5. I understand they wouldn't allow a customer to self-serve to cancel or modify a subscription before completing the minimum number of shipments; however, this is a drawback because customers always like to be in control of their subscriptions.

The team at Judge.me were very responsive and helpful. They helped us add the trust badge to our website and ensured it was placed in a location that is both visible and at the same time maintains a clean UI.
