The bundles and discounts continued even after they were turned off. Support said the discount also has to be deactivated, but clicking into the discount just takes you back to the app. Even in deactivated status, the discount was still hitting customer orders. This seems like a glitch/bug but they won't admit it because it cost us money.

This is Ria, the co-founder of Appstle. We’re sorry for your frustration and the impact this had on your store. When a bundle is turned off in Appstle, the associated automatic discount must also be deactivated in Shopify. That is the default flow in the ecosystem and our UI does display a notice explaining this step. The reason it is this way is because some merchants use the discounts set in Shopify for bundles as well as for other sales promotions. That said, we recognize the instruction could be more prominent and the process more intuitive. We’re improving the flow so it is harder to miss.
