Excellent and simple app to use, but very useful and customizable. The support is fantastic. I used the chat and Sam was able to fix my issue in less than an hour! That's amazing support.
This app is a great tool for our business. It helps customers find their products by searching or filtering. The customer support, especially Helen is great to work with. Helen is informative and quick to respond to our inquiries or if there's an urgent requirement. We've used Smart Product Filter & Search for a couple years now and it's an integral part of our ecommerce user experience.
Great and simple to use app. It does exactly what we wanted it to do. Furthermore, we wanted a cosmetic tweak and they were able to customize it in no time flat. Great support!

Great app, also great customer support. Their customer support team was great to deal with, particularly Rotem, the customer support engineer and Aya, in customer support. The only issue I have is with the functionality and that you can't offer an incentive for text only reviews, just if the customer provides a video or image with their review. I can see the benefit of only offering an incentive for video/images, but it should be a choice depending on the businesses' situation. Other than that small thing, it's a great and simple app to use, with lots of good features and excellent customer support!
