Highly Recommend Appstle family of apps for your store! I'm more than happy with this app and their dedicated customer service - available 24/7! I worked over the last week or so, including weekends, getting programs setup for our company's website and they were available to help me every time, even at 9pm on a Sunday, when all I expected was a message back in the morning. Great customer service is super important, because despite appearances, setting up programs like this for your store is an actual project. I had a hard time at first as there's a lot of options and settings, so it took a while to get the hang of it. I also had one combo bundle that wasn't working, but their development team went in and fixed it for me within a few days and now it's working perfectly. I only had two complaints: - With the combo bundles, if you have more than one variant price per product, meaning your products are listed by type and sizes are in a dropdown menu with different prices, not the other way around (one product size, etc. with many types, all the same price), you can't let your customers customize their add-on for the same price. You have to have one product size/price per combo deal or add on multiple. - The searching is clunky when looking for products. I could type in the exact product name, letter-for-letter, and it would still pull up other items before I'd find my product. Also, be aware of Shopify's had limits (NOT Appstle) - you can only have 20 active coupons & a low number of variants, so for bundle deals you're limited to a 3-piece bundle with a few options per each of the 3 products to not go over Shopify's limit. I won't get too carried away with that because I've built our website several times in the last 12 years on different platforms and Shopify is the only with this arbitrary limit. FEATURE REQUEST: I would also love to see a blank customizable option that's not connected to Shopify products - If I could simply create an add-on from scratch, create a dropdown menu list from scratch within the app, and add prices to each item in the menu, that would be awesome and much more simple. All-in-all, a great bundle and upsell app with a lot of customization, options, features, and the best customer service I've come into contact with in my 20+ year career. I'm a hard, honest reviewer with experience with hundreds, if not thousands of companies of all types in the e-commerce sector - that's not an easy win with me and Appstle did it. We've very happy with this app, their Loyalty Rewards Program, and their Subscriptions app, which is what we started with.

Just starting out with ReferrLy today, a Sunday afternoon, and Sam, the one-person-show for this whole app, was not only available and helpful, was attentive and answered my questions right away, assisting me in setting up custom coupon codes, a custom page, and url that goes to my store. So far, I'm extremely happy with the app and have no complaints. 5/5 stars, would absolutely recommend for a free Referral/Affiliate program.

Have had no issues and nothing but great experiences with this app! We offer two Monthly Boxes and it works seamlessly for our needs. Customers love the back end and have a great time with it. Customer Service is amazing and we appreciate you Appstle!

Still getting to know this app as another person in our Tech team initially set it up. But we mainly tried this app to block people in certain states & zip codes from ordering products from our website. So far, I've had a really great experience, very few issues or "slip throughs", & with some help from YouTube, I was able to add to it myself without hassle. Simply visit checkout validations & add what you want! Done I also like that the most expensive plan is only $20 & offers maximum value, despite Shopify's unrealistic limits and aggressive "build-your-own" micro-transaction model. This app has been a good value for our company. Thank you EZ Checkout Controller for making this easy.
